Help Harvey Victims Rebuild

In the aftermath of Harvey, which dumped an estimated 27 trillion gallons of water, the Home School Foundation has already started receiving requests for help. HSF’s Ambassador Program, through several Texas Ambassadors, is starting to provide on-the-ground assistance with curricula donations, volunteer opportunities, and emergency housing for families.

You can help these flooded families rebuild.

By donating to HSF’s Emergency Response Fund, you help families replace destroyed curriculum and continue to homeschool, giving their children a sense of stability in a time of loss and uncertainty. Your gift reminds these families that God cares for them.

Donate Curricula

In addition to making a financial gift, you can donate used schoolbooks and educational materials to one of these Harvey disaster relief curricula donation groups, which are poised and ready to help homeschooling families in need.

Texas Homeschool Disaster Relief Network -  HSF Texas Ambassadors Facebook group facilitating curricula donations, volunteer opportunities, and host family housing.

Hurricane Harvey Homeschool Life Curriculum Relief – Support and encourage homeschooling families affected by Harvey by donating curriculum.

Donate to the Texas Ambassador Fund

Finally, if you would like to help affected Texas homeschooling families more directly, you can donate to HSF’s TX State Ambassador Fund, which enables HSF Texas Ambassadors to assist families whose immediate needs are beyond the scope of a curriculum grant. If you live in southeast Texas and would like to volunteer to help the HSF Texas State Ambassador team, click here to sign up.

The road to recovery for these families is a long one. Together, we can give them help and hope. Thank you for your generosity and prayers!
