Help Families Harmed by Wildfires in the Pacific Northwest

The Home School Foundation, HSLDA’s charitable arm, needs your help to assist homeschool families who have lost their homes, livelihoods, or homeschool libraries to the recent fires that are sweeping through the Pacific Northwest, hitting states such as Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana and California. These families now face the burden of educating their children this fall with damaged resources or property.

Through our Compassion Emergency Response Fund, we help homeschool families who have been impacted by a natural disaster. The Langs are one family your generosity has blessed. Here's what your help meant to them:

"Thank you for the generous grant! It came at a time of great need while we are recovering from some devastating damage done to our home. This gift has helped us stay on course with homeschooling our son."

If you would like to help these families, please donate to the Compassion Emergency Response Fund or learn about becoming an HSF Ambassador to give hands-on, practical support to hurting families in your community.

Know a homeschooling family affected by recent flooding, fire or storms? Please have them contact us!
