Since 1983, HSLDA has been fighting battles with local and federal government officials, providing consultation and negotiation on behalf of parents, and zealously representing homeschool families in court—all the way to the Supreme Court if necessary. They also provide many other support and educational services to homeschool families all across the country.

But they cannot do this without support; they need friends who will help bear this burden.  And that’s where the Homeschool Freedom Fund, administered by the Home School Foundation, comes in—allowing donors to make tax-deductible gifts to support HSLDA’s litigation and educational work.

Initially called the “Friends of Homeschooling Fund,” the Homeschool Freedom Fund was inspired by “retired” homeschooling parents who had graduated their last student but wished to continue investing in the battle for family and freedom.
